Annual Plan Information

Every year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mandates that all public housing authorities create and share an Annual Plan with the community.
The purpose of the Plan is to outline St. James Parish Housing Authority's (SJPHA) plans and aspirations for fulfilling its mission in the upcoming year. The Annual Plan also contains information about agency activities, program beneficiaries, and services for the forthcoming fiscal year.
During the public comment period, SJPHA will organize public meetings to discuss the Annual Plan. Keep an eye on SJPHA's website for the dates and locations of these meetings.
The Annual Plan will be available for review at the St. James Parish Housing Autority’s central office, located at 2627 N. King Avenue, Lutcher, LA 70071 and online at www.stjameshousing.com.
